VVT Phaser Eliminator Top Sprocket Kit.
This phaser eliminator is the first of it’s kind and fits all 2009 and newer 5.7, 6,2 & 6.4 Gen 3 Hemi. Kit contains Smith Innovation exclusive cam stud kit and SKF roller thrust bearing. Made from 1040 billet steel, our product is superior to the OEM Phaser in many ways. The sensor cage is also machined from the billet making our sprocket one piece. By doing so, our product eliminates all of the unnecessary parts from the phaser and is already locked out. This saves over 2 lbs off the nose of the camshaft and also saves the need to “lock out” the OEM phaser. Another exclusive feature is the camshaft attaching hardware that yields 20% more clamping force to the camshaft to help prevent slipping and sheared locating pins.
